Landlords and real estate agencies pay 1% of the expected monthly rent of all registered units, including vacant units. Hotels and Airbnb operators pay 1.5% of recorded receipts from the previous completed calendar month, billed monthly. Voided receipts, unpaid bookings and deposits are excluded. Hotel receipts include accommodation, food and services.

Is this software or a full property management agency?
This subscription provides the platform tools. You and your team remain responsible for day-to-day property management. Agency services and other outside services are separate arrangements.
Can I manage residential and commercial units together?
Yes. A property can contain different unit categories and individual rents, including a building with shops below and apartments above.
Does Kijiji collect rent automatically?
You can record rent payments, track balances and generate receipts. This page does not promise an automatic rent debit or bank reconciliation connection. Any payment integration needs its own setup.
Are WhatsApp messages automatically available?
Live WhatsApp sending requires a configured business sender, credentials, permissions and approved templates. It is not automatically activated by opening an account.
Can I keep using my existing tenants?
Yes. Add your current tenants, units and leases, then manage their rental records. Tenant portal access can be enabled for the relevant tenants.
What happens after I request a demo?
Share your contact and business details and choose a password. Our team reviews the request and confirms an approved demo period. Sign in with your chosen password after confirmation. No payment is collected when requesting a demo.
